As the lead for the GB Rowing Team’s social media, I develop and execute targeted content strategies that drive engagement and increase brand visibility. In my first six months, I achieved a 112% growth in followers on Instagram. I design eye-catching graphics and videos for major events like the World Rowing Cup and European Championships. Additionally, I build and maintain strong relationships with athletes, influencers, press, and external agencies to coordinate media requests, interviews, and footage exchanges, ensuring smooth communication during media days and sponsored campaigns.
